Craig Hollywood, Founder, CEO & Managing Director (Volunteer)
Craig founded SBSW in early 2015 and was named as 2022 West Australia’s Local Hero in the Australian Of The Year Awards. His full time role involves working for a Tier 1 consultancy specialising in digital engineering delivery. While Craig has volunteered at all levels of SBSW he is the visionary that keeps us striving to better serve those in need. He now plays a critical role in our national expansion and strategic partnerships. Having had a family member experience homelessness Craig is passionate about breaking the stigma often attached to society's most vulnerable people.
LINDSEY HERSHMAN, GENERAL MANAGER, BOARD MEMBER (VOLUNTEER)
Lindsey joined SBSW in 2021 as General Manager. He has worked with both ASX and Government corporations. Lindsey leverages his leadership experience across Strategy, Operations, Commercial, Human Resources and Digital to guide SBSW through our exciting growth phase ensuring we have the right strategy, systems and processes to deliver on our commitments. A volunteer for much of his adult life Lindsey has previous experience with homeless service provider partners and previously with sick kids in hospital.
NICK BARR, VOLUNTEER MANAGER (VOLUNTEER)
Nick joined SBSW in 2021 as Volunteer Manager. He has worked for global construction management companies as well as Australia's big miners in Environmental management roles, as well as founding successful start up businesses partnerships overseas. He brings holistic business development skills honed over varied projects to the team. Nick has previously volunteered for several environmental institutes in Australia, Thailand and Costa Rica and been a speaker at a World Wildlife Fund event in Indonesia
ANGELA BEECHEY, PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER (VOLUNTEER)
Angela joined Short Back & Sidewalks at the start of 2022 as Partnerships Manager to assist in building sustainable corporate relationships and fundraising streams. Angela has built her career across government, education and tourism with strong communication and social skills, coupled with her logical and creative thinking, have enabled her focus on problem solving to play a key role in the successful delivery of major marketing, policy, and transformation projects around Australia.
DAVE HARWOOD, OPERATIONS MANAGER (VOLUNTEER)
Prior to joining SBSW in 2021, Dave spent 11 years at sea, rising from Cadet to Captain. Now, as Marine Manager for a large energy company, Dave utilises his Operations leadership to ensure we deliver a consistent, disciplined service with focus on safe, reliable and connected operations to serve those experiencing homelessness.
CAROLINE HUYNH, COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING MANAGER (VOLUNTEER)
Caroline joined SBSW in 2021 as Marketing & Comms Manager leading a team to drive the brand mission nationally, growing volunteer engagement and donations. Caroline brings her experience in brand storytelling and marketing experience within tech brands to help SBSW make a strong impact in market and ultimately within the community.
