The limited edition t-shirt helping communities in need across Australia with each purchase.

We’ve collaborated with our mates from HoMie Street Store to bring you the limited edition VIP Day t-shirt. All of the of funds raised from the sale of this t-shirt go back into helping us achieve our mission: creating positive connections and visibility for some of our most vulnerable and marginalised community members.

COVID-19 has had a negative impact in some way on every one of us. None more so than members of the community experiencing homelessness or hardship. These impacts have also been felt by Short Back & Sidewalks, with all of our planned fundraising events for 2020 being cancelled due to the global pandemic.

Our founder and CEO Craig Hollywood said it’s a great collaboration between two like-minded charities to raise some much-needed funding for Short Back & Sidewalks.

“Unfortunately, the people we aim to support have been the ones hit hardest by this pandemic, and for us to continue our work, we need some help from the community.

“With the help of the team from HoMie, we’ve created a limited-edition collaborative t-shirt for us to sell that will help Short Back & Sidewalks get through in the short term.”

The generosity of spirit from the team at HoMie, even when they’ve also been affected by COVID-19, has not been lost on Craig.

“People getting together in a time like this with the sole intention of supporting members of the community in need is what Short Back & Sidewalks and HoMie are all about.”

Marcus Crook, co-founder of HoMie, is excited for the future of the collaboration between the two not-for-profits.

“We’re so pumped to be collaborating with Short Back & Sidewalks for these tees and our VIP Days. They’ve been doing such great work, creating connections and providing haircuts for people affected by hardship.

“We connected with Short Back & Sidewalks on a trip to Mutitjulu at Uluru and it’s a perfect fit for our VIP Days in Melbourne. Haircuts are such an integral part of the day; you can never underestimate what a fresh cut can do for someone’s confidence and self-esteem.”

We’d love for you to do your bit by getting on board and picking up a limited edition t-shirt, knowing that you are making a direct difference by helping Short Back & Sidewalks continue assisting the community.
